Our Team

Erica Silvestri, co-owner of Speech Therapy Center of Excellence, is a native to Las Vegas. 

She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Nevada, Reno in which she received a Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology. Erica has been a pediatric therapist at Speech Therapy Center of Excellence since 2018. She now leads our pediatric team providing support and guidance for all pediatric clientele.

Throughout Erica’s career, she has focused on serving children with diverse speech and language needs. Her extensive knowledge and proficiency extend to addressing articulation and phonological disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, fluency challenges, and receptive and expressive language delays. Erica’s ability to tailor therapy approaches and interventions to the unique needs of each child has yielded remarkable results in helping children overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential.

As a compassionate professional, Erica understands the importance of collaboration and family-centered care. She actively engages with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to gather relevant information and develop individualized treatment plans. Erica places significant emphasis on involving families in the therapy process, providing guidance, education, and strategies that facilitate the generalization of acquired skills to everyday life settings.

In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves participating in her book club, playing board games, and cheering on her home team, The Vegas Golden Knights.
